4conform ENTERPRISE can be used universally and is suitable for every industry and company size. Our pricing model is fair and is based on the number of clients and users. You have the flexibility to add as many companies and users as you like.

4conform is a provider of information security and data protection management solutions. We offer software and services that help companies to ensure compliance with the GDPR, other data protection regulations and information security in accordance with ISO27001, BSI, KRITIS or NIS2.

With 4conform, you can automate your information security and data protection processes, save time and ensure that you meet all legal requirements. Our solutions are user-friendly and offer comprehensive support for information security and data protection officers.

4conform ENTERPRISE is currently available in German and English. However, the content data can be provided in any language to meet the requirements of our global customers.

4conform supports customers throughout the EU. Larger companies and groups in particular can easily manage and map all their subsidiaries in several countries with our solution.

The software solution is implemented within a few days. We take care of the setup and hosting in an ISO 27001-certified data center in Austria. You receive an “all-round carefree” package that enables you to get off to a smooth start.

4conform ENTERPRISE is hosted in Klagenfurt and Vienna as standard. The data centers are ISO27001:2022 certified. On request, we can also offer hosting at other locations within the EU. Alternatively, the solution can be hosted directly at the customer’s premises (on-premise).

We offer comprehensive support by e-mail and telephone as well as a knowledge database with frequently asked questions and instructions. Our support team is at your disposal for all questions and problems.

Our support team is available during regular business hours. These are from Monday to Thursday from 08:30 to 12:00 and in the afternoon from 13:00 to 16:00, as well as on Friday from 08:30 to 13:00.

Yes, we offer a comprehensive knowledge database with frequently asked questions and instructions. This is available to our customers around the clock via the software.

We endeavor to answer all support requests as quickly as possible. As a rule, you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Yes, we offer regular training and webinars to ensure you get the most out of the software. We offer these during the customer’s demo phase in the form of accompanying workshops and, of course, during implementation and as part of their continuous improvement process
